Original artwork can be returned providing it is undamaged and in all its original packaging. All returns must be insured to the full value of the painting as you are still responsible for it until it arrives back. Please retain proof of postage and it's recommended to always send the item tracked. I cannot refund items that do not arrive back or arrive damaged.

There is a restocking fee of 20% on all art print returns as I try not to carry stock.
DELIVERY

You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail immediately upon successful payment. My goal at Athena Gallery is to ship your order as soon as possible, for originals this is within 3 business days and for prints which are made to order within 7-10 days.

Once your order has been given processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.

Rate fluctuation

Occasionally shipping rates fluctuate and I have no control over this. If the rates are significantly higher for your country, I will contact you to let you know the new shipping rate before packing your artwork.
